    Tom Flink leads the team that delivers RES market-leading workspace solutions to over 2,500 customers around the globe. Tom joined RES in 2016 with over 30 years of computer technology sales, channels, marketing and customer success management experience. Prior to joining RES, Mr. Flink was a top executive at Citrix Systems where he led the global market development sales team responsible for sales of new products and incubation of new routes to market. He was also the Citrix Channel Chief, focused on global channel strategy, programs and marketing to develop indirect routes-to-market including: reseller/VAR, distribution, systems integrators, service providers, ISV, OEM and alliance partners. CRN Magazine has recognized him as an industry Channel Chief for the last seven years running and in 2015 he was named one of “The 50 Most Influential.”

    Tom’s career began as a hardware OEM and systems integrator during the rise of the reseller channel where he successfully managed the transition from pure product resell to value-added professional/managed services. During this time, he focused on building relationships with customers and vendors that resulted in successful top tier partnerships with companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, EMC, HP, Dell and Citrix.
