    Alyssa has 25 years of leadership experience prior to joining Microsoft in 2016, and has carried responsibility for all types of global partners, encompassing management consultancies, global SIs, services partners, call centers, telecommunications carriers, MSPs, VARs, Distributors, Franchisees, ISVs, and OEMs.

    As the General Manager of Microsoft’s Worldwide Channel Sales, Alyssa focuses on developing Microsoft’s direct business and indirect business through partner relationships across all channels. She coordinates, motivates and leads the worldwide field teams that are responsible for local, regional and global partner management. At Microsoft, Alyssa maintains focus on all aspects of the customer engagement process, sales strategy and execution, which include sales model design, channel strategy, revenue attainment, and field enablement. She is also responsible for transforming the Microsoft sales model to drive dramatic acceleration of customer acquisition including how we anticipate and meet the needs of our customers, drastically accelerating cloud revenue, market share and customer satisfaction.

    Prior to joining Microsoft, Alyssa held the position of Senior Vice President of the Global Partner Organization at CA Technologies. At CA, she led a company-wide sales transformation – establishing a 3-year vision, strategy and execution plan that constructed an indirect and inside sales route to market. Alyssa devised, led and delivered the incremental channel programmatically, operationally, financially, geographically and organizationally.

    Preceding CA, Alyssa led the Worldwide Alliances organization as SVP at Intel Security; brought in at the point of the McAfee acquisition to carefully direct, cultivate, and navigate the newly combined partner ecosystem. With strong ties to the GSI, ISV and hardware community, she augmented the revenue contribution through partners to reach over 65% of total Intel Security software sales. Alyssa also led the partner channel teams at Informatica for almost 10 years, helping to grow the $50M startup to surpass the $500M mark.

    Alyssa is a recognized leader for transforming Global Partner Organizations in the software industry. She is entrusted to establish and execute an innovative strategic vision, plan and organization; for an effective and efficient indirect sales plan and optimized route to market. Alyssa’s diverse experience has enabled her to lead teams in managing a complex partner ecosystem, establishing an end-to-end companywide partner infrastructure, building adaptable and relevant global partner programs, designing comprehensive GTM strategies and developing blended solutions that create incremental joint business. She has a track record for helping deliver business outcomes for customers and promoting profitable growth for both sides of the partnership.
