    Ian has been leading and implementing innovative and commercially effective channel strategies with some of the most respected technology companies in the US and Europe for over 20 years. Ian was one of the first marketers to combine loyalty best practices from other industries with channel programmes including introducing points currencies as a way to engage, recognise and reward individuals and partner businesses for more than just sales volume.

    In 2000 Ian led the design and launch of 3Com’s In Focus programme in EMEA, which grew to become a powerful global programme and was still running strong when it was acquired by HP. In his current role, Ian continues to blend his loyalty and channel expertise helping technology clients around the world to truly understand and then engage with their partners. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of these non-financial incentives by developing new and revolutionary value tracking, distribution and redemption strategies that continue to prove real incremental value for vendors and their partner alike.
