    Richard Flynn leads The Spur Group’s channel management practice, leveraging over 15 years of experience in channel management, marketing strategy and executive communications. Prior to joining The Spur Group, Richard worked for Microsoft and other technology companies where he led groups with responsibilities ranging from partner and channel management, market development and customer-satisfaction planning.

    Richard Flynn is a founder and Senior Principal at The Spur Group. He leads The Spur Group’s channel management practice, leveraging over 25 years of experience in channel management, marketing strategy and executive communications. His primary goal, help his clients drive results that matter.

    Richard specializes in helping tech companies with a need for channel transformation. This could include re-architecting their partner program, redesigning their field coverage, measuring their partner effectiveness, fixing their channel incentives or improving their partner business planning. Cisco, Dell, Microsoft and other companies use The Spur Group to overcome difficult channel issues.
