Bio
Dan brings more than 25 years of experience defining products and services, growing direct and channel sales, increasing profits and capturing market share in the highly competitive electronics industry. As Vice President, Product & Business Development for Blackhawk Engagement Solutions, Dan is responsible for channel thought leadership, product management, and strategic marketing.
Most recently, Dan was responsible for product management and marketing at Channelinsight. Previously, Dan was Vice President of Professional Services at iSuppli, a leading high tech research and consulting company where he consulted to the leading global electronics companies. Previously, Dan was Director of Marketing and Supplier Business Management for Avnet, a global technology distributor. While at Avnet, Dan was responsible for creating Avnet’s initial e-business strategy as well as being responsible for over $250 million of strategic supplier sales.
Dan started his career at Hewlett-Packard where he held technical sales and distribution management positions. Dan holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and has an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
