Are there any Baptie members that have an MDF program in place that I can speak with. We have a co-op program and are thinking about changing over to a MDF program. Would like to get some thoughts from folks that have done this or considered it.

Hi Estelle,

Any responses to the MDF sub group? We are moving from decentralized MDF to centralized MDF due to ROI problems. I would love to learn more about how other do this. Moving away from Co-op to MDF made us more flexible in spending our funds, however it also seems like it's taking away the appetite of several partners to request these funds.

thanks

Just a thought, but we are moving from MDF only to a hybrid with coop and MDF. I like the flexibility to use MDF as we determine where to strategically invest, but mid and larger partners need to have the ability to budget their marketing plan for the year. We need the contracted rate and right to ensure that remains in place throughout the budget year. If there's breakage, that's OK.
