The Channel Focus Women’s Leadership Council Advisory Board for 2023

Following a phenomenal meeting at Channel Focus 2022 the Women’s Leadership Council is moving forward rapidly. A very powerful group of women are coming together to build on the work of the last 10 years and help more women achieve the most senior roles in the IT/telecom industries.

For the past 10 years, Theresa Caragol, Owner and CEO of AcheiveUnite, has poured her heart and soul into making the Channel Focus Women’s Leadership Council what it is today, and the results have been remarkable. The group has touched so many women’s lives and careers—from celebrating their successes, to giving a warm and nurturing place to be vulnerable during the tougher times. Theresa has set the stage for the events to foster the kind of sharing that is unique to the Women’s Leadership Council events both in-person and virtual. During her tenure the group has grown exponentially in terms of both attendance and influence. Women have been drawn in by Theresa’s creativity, compassion, and engaging personality and her ability to bring her authentic and vulnerable self to the table.

A heartfelt congratulations to Heather K. Margolis, SVP of Marketing at 360insights, who has been voted in as the new Chair for the Channel Focus Women’s Leadership Council. Heather has been with the Advisory Board from its very early days and has been a fabulous contributor to the success of the group. Her authenticity and willingness to share very private thoughts and situations and discuss how she has overcome these has been an inspiration to many of the Women’s Leadership Council members.
