Working with enterprise businesses to create and manage incentive and motivational event programs for such companies as Microsoft, HPE, Dell through to Red Bull, he has been involved in just about every type of channel incentive and recognition program format there is, although he is still driven to keep innovating and learning better ways of delivering results for his clients. In 2002, Dan was a founding partner in CR Worldwide, responsible for acquiring new clients. He has been working with some of the world's largest companies on a daily basis since, consulting, advising and creating global & channel programs. As the business expands internationally Dan's current position as Sales and Marketing Director, has taken him further afield geographically, although, whether it be a sales incentive, employee recognition or a channel partner program, he still approaches every challenge with the same energy and enthusiasm as he did over 20 years ago. Phil Barry: Phil Barry is Director of Sales for the Americas at CR Worldwide. Phil is an experienced Marketing/HRTech B2B software sales executive with over 18 years in the technology industry. He has led sales teams for untapt, an AI based recruitment platform, Sweetspot Intelligence, an analytics and performance dashboard for digital marketing and omnichannel business management, Pointmarc, a digital analytics firm, and Awareness, a social media marketing platform, among others.
