Heather is a dynamic channel executive, celebrated entrepreneur, and industry thought leader with a passion for technology, AI, and partner ecosystems. Widely recognized as the Channel Maven, she founded Channel Maven Consulting in 2009 and later launched Spark Your Channel in 2019, cementing her reputation as a visionary in the technology ecosystem. With a background that includes leadership roles at EMC, EqualLogic, and Dell, Heather has driven transformative channel programs, marketing initiatives, and operational strategies. Over more than 15 years, she has partnered with hundreds of leading technology and telecom companies, building high‑impact ecosystems across VARs, MSPs, ISVs, GSIs, developers, consultants, and marketplaces. In 2021, Heather successfully sold both ventures to 360insights, where she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing.
